The south side has a good record of success due to the easy access to the route. Ascent Himalayas plans and leads to Everest every year from the south side of Nepal. We offer an entirely experienced Sherpas, with the great support and plenty of oxygen supplies.
Itinerary
Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Cost Includes
- • Airport Service: All arrival and departure transfer services
- • Hotel: 4 nights accommodations at 4/5 Star hotels in Kathmandu on B/B basis
- • Dinner: Welcome dinner at Kathmandu
- • Domestic Flight: Flight Tickets for Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu sector for member & Staffs
- • Permits: Everest & Lobuche Climbing permit, National Park fee & Pasang Lhamu VDC Fee
- • Route Fixing Fees: SPCC(Sagarmatha Pollution Control Committee) & EOA(Expedition Operator Association) for routing fixing charges to summit
- • Garbage Deposit: USD 4000 of garbage deposit will be paid by the company
- • Liaison Officer: All salary and wages for the government liaison officer
- • Transportation: All gears transportation of members and sherpas from Kathmandu-basecamp-Kathmandu
- • Food: 3 meals a day (Breakfasts, Lunch, and Dinners with tea or coffee) during trek and expedition period for base camp and above
- • Tents: 1 single tent will be provided to member at base camp and above base camp tents will be shared between two
- •Shower Service: Shower tent will be available at base camp
- • Staffs: Guides, cook, kitchen staffs and porters during the trekking and climbing
- • Wages & Salary: All the Salary, Equipment charges, Air ticket, food of the Sherpa’s and other staff will be provided by the company
- • Helicopter & Medical Insurance: All the necessary insurance for the staffs and climbing Sherpa
- • Climbing Sherpa: Every member will get 1 individual Sherpa during the summit time
- • Equipment: All trekking and camping equipment like camp furniture, kitchenware, dining tents, guest tents
- • Power Supply: Solar panel & Generator will be available for the charging cameras, battery and other electronic gears at base camp
- • Heater: Member will be provided with a heater at the dining tent
- • Communication: Radio set will be available for communication during climbing. Satellite phone and Internet service will be available for members with payment service
- • Weather Forecast: Daily updated of weather forecast during the expedition period
- • Oxygen: 8 bottles of oxygen cylinder will be provided to the member and 3 bottles for climbing Sherpa
- • Mask & Regulator: Top Out/Summit Mask and regulator will be provided to the member & Sherpa
- • Medical Kit: Medical oxygen and first aid kit will be provided during the trek and climbing
- • Duffle Bag: 2 Company duffle bag will be provided to every member
- • Certificate: Member will be provided with a certificate from the Department Of Tourism after the summit

- • Air Fare: International airfare are not included
- • Summit/safety Bonus: Summit bonus USD1500 to climbing sherpa
- • Tips for staffs: Tips Of USD 500 for kitchen crew & Porters
- • Lunch & dinner in Kathmandu: Lunch & Dinner are not included during your stay in Kathmandu except welcome dinner
- • Extra Nights at Kathmandu: In case of early arrival or late departures in Kathmandu
- • Personal climbing Equipment: Climbing & Trekking equipment
- • Insurance: Personal life, Medical insurance & Helicopter Evacuation if required
- • Custom Fees: Nepal custom duty for import of expedition goods arriving into Nepal
- • Personal Expenses: Phone calls, Internet, Shower, Battery Charge and any other drinks or alcoholic beverages
